In Book 2, Elara and her allies go on the run from the Lamia Supremum, an intelligence born from the very virus meant to elevate humanity, as they uncover the buried origins of the outbreak and confront how far the people in power were willing to go in the name of progress. The story is one of survival, hidden history, and the cost of chasing power at any price.
